There was no surprise in Bar where 16th ranked MontenegrinMornar (2-29) was crushed by fifth ranked Bosnian Igokea (20-11) 114-79 on Saturday. Igokea dominated down low during the game scoring 70 of its points in the paint compared to Mornar 's 42. They outrebounded Mornar 43-31 including 32 on the defensive glass. Igokea looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. Serbian Borisa Simanic (210-1998) had a double-double by scoring 19 points and 12 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and American point guard Bryce Jones (183-1994, college: Murray St.) chipped in 20 points during the contest. Jones is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Four Igokea players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was American guard Chico Carter Jr (190-2000, college: DePaul) with 15 points and his fellow American import guard Noah Thomasson (190-2001, college: Georgia) scored 11 points and 4 assists. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Defending Bosnian champion maintains fifth position with 20-11 record. Mornar lost fifth consecutive game. They stay dead last with 29 lost games.
